Serious Finest Question
-
I've seen some posts in here about how certain Finest players are better cards than certain Bosses and other players.
Is it safe to assume that 99.9% if the Finest players are hands down better than EVERY other card?
I'm even including Mays, Chipper, Gossage, Williams, Mantle, Griffey, in the mix.

False I say. FALSE
-
No most of them are [censored]

The only ones I really think are using over any other cards are Soto, Machado, Betts, Perez, and a couple of the pitchers. The rest of the TA ones aren’t that good. I would use Lindor over about any other SS, but that’s only on allstar. 85 contact vs R on HOF+ is bad

One sleeper Finest card is Lourdes Gurriel. I love his oppo taco power.

Does he also have power for an enchilada? Or is it just a taco?
And is it one from Taco Bell?

He starts in left field for me right now and is raking (I'm a Jays fan too).

Not even close.

Soto, Betts, and Machado are three of the best cards in the game. DeGrom and Bauer are great SP options, and Hendricks, Anderson, Gallegos, Williams are great relievers. Realmuto and Salvy are elite defensive catchers who rake. Most of the other cards, in my opinion at least, a small notch below the other top cards in the game. They're good, but by no means are 99.9% of Finest cards the best in the game.

So if you had Chipper AND Finest Machado; who would you play at 3rd?

Taco Bell is the worst. Gross.

Machado. Chipper is a switch hitter with a bit more speed, but Machado's got him beat on everything else.

Eh if I had Chipper I would play him, but that's because I'm not a fan of Machado's swing. He still has a .900 OPS for me despite hitting .210 but that's just because almost every hit I have with him is a HR

Brandon Belt worries me when I face him... no idea why but always hits the ball hard

I cannot hit well enough with Finest Salvy, so I'm selling him because Topps Now Jorge Alfaro is an underrated beast!!
