Leadoff hitter
-
I like Cobb over Wagner, as I normally prefer lefties to righties at the plate, and the 99 speed / 90 power is a great combo.
-
I use Cobb to but I’m might just go no speed guys. Might go a outfield of Walker Soto Griffey and have Walker or Griffey lead off. Speed isn’t really important when 75% of runs come from HRs.
-
I use Griffey and love it
-
Cobb hands down. Lefty with power/speed combo and ability to bunt if you're into that kind of thing....
-
Cobb has been my leadoff batter for awhile now. Has everything you want in a leadoff hitter
-
I like Rollins and Trae Turner as well for leadoff duty

Griffey has been my leadoff hitter for the last two years from the day his 99 comes out. Power, speed. Great table setter. Cobb is a good option, but I just don't have room for him with Ted, Trout and Jr.

Cobb and Griffey are awesome. Cobb is my favorite hitter in this game. Also since you're hitting 300 with Mantle, you could give it a little while to see if the power comes around. I've never used him, but I've given up plenty of xbh to that card, so I know the power is there.

Fernando Tatis Jr or Finest Trevor Story depending on my lineup.
-
I actually play the guys you want most abs with first. Speed isn’t as much as a factor as power, even tho I still have speed in my lineup. I go Soto, trout, mantle in that order. it’s been working since Soto came out.

Aldaberto Mondesi

I went from Rollins to Cobb, and have settled with Lindor (1) Cobb (2). Lindor may actually be my best hitter, and Cobbs ability is perfect for the 2 spot.
-
Wagner gets hits, Cobb hits bombs.
-
I put my best hitters at the top since this is game is geared to the long ball vs table setters. Sometimes it’s Tatis and sometimes it’s Trout but that is generally the 2 as I prefer Mays in the 2 hole.
