Yes. They quite literally said pre release when they talked about homerun replays that the purpose was showing up your opponent. Homerun replays are very clearly working exactly as intended. I don’t think I have even replayed a homerun since May either. But being offended by it blows my mind

I think the simplest compromise would be to just shorten the replay. Instead of showing the useless part where they show the animated characters reaction, just only show the ball track and distance. That is all we really care about anyways. Then it is just quick and to the point, and only real uptight people will be hurt by it.

I hear you. I don't replay them either. Simply because i don't think I'm good enough to do it then end up losing by 10 at the end. Lol

This. I replayed an opponents this morning because he mashed it. I also Iike to see distances sometimes too.

My opponent don’t even need to replay a Ken Griffey Home Run on me for me to see it twice . as soon as it happens I see it again in my mind and when I close my eyes it’s a thing of beauty. best No doubter HR in the game IMO.

I had a guy replay my home run yesterday. I lead off the game with a no doubter by Larry Walker and then hit a 497 ft bomb with my 2 hole hitter Betts. I thought he was as going to dashboard and I didn’t even realize the Betts homer was going to go that far so I was impressed with his humility in that spot . I was even more impressed he proceeded to hit like 9 home runs against me without replaying one of them and went on to beat me by a lot without doing any of the troll toxic [censored] I would normally expect someone to do if they give up back to back homers to lead off the game. My hats off to that guy I hope someday I can get on his level

If your so sensitive you need to put in a tampon just cause you have to watch a replay then HA... I do it to get under my opponents skin and get many rage quits over it
