i didn’t play the game seriously for a bit then picked it up a few weeks ago and after a few days of consistently playing again i was hitting the cover off the ball. now the last couple days i can’t hit to save my life. any tips? i miss being able to hit and i just feel uncomfortable hitting right now. any tips would be appreciated

Stop pressing - see the ball hit the ball- react - the more you try to press, the worse you do. Just have to relax and react man
