It means nothing. People hear these MLB streamers say weird [censored] like a ball was “pissed on” or someone “dropped dlck” on the ball or that a pitch was “tittyripped” and then it somehow gets repeated and repeated until it unfortunately just becomes accepted slang.
It’s totally lamebong and it makes my DJ Tanner go full-out one-hunnerd gift baskets.
