where is 91 hornsby located? Why so expensive?

I went to the market today to buy hornsby and filtered to his name, and a 91 popped up. I have never seen it before, where did he come from and what makes him so special to be so expensive?

Old world series reward, only way to obtain other than the market

He was a WS reward in the first season. There are probably less than 100 out there that haven’t been locked in or are sitting on accounts of players that no longer play

I remember making ws that season and the card was going for like 65-70K talk about a fat L.

Just buy the 99 awards card! It's only 24K compared to the 91. Pretty crazy huh?
