Slider in to lefty hitter

What’s an appropriate amount of time to learn to see this pitch? I’m asking cuz I throw sliders in to a lefty hitter all the time and hardly anybody swings at it. Me on the other hand, I can’t see a slider/cutter coming in to a lefty to save my as*! I’ve tried the practice sht on legend with the dam sliders up! I’ve tried it all. It’s November and I’m still getting fooled by the same pitches. It’s gotten so bad that I feel like I’m better rightVright than I am leftVright and that’s insane! I think it’s time for me to walk away?!

I feel like it’s similar to laying off a low curve or changeup. As soon as you recognize the spin you’ve got a split second to decide if it started far enough over to stay in the zone or not.

No way you actually see the spin of the ball on a monitor screen lol. I sure as hell can’t see the seams. If u actually can, u must have insanely good vision.

Not literally seeing the spin, but once you recognize what pitch it is. I sure don’t see anything crazy on a $200 TV screen.
