When will they annouce freebies?

Last few years when the came comes out SDS gives us freebies like free stubs and free packs when you go to one of their webpages. Anyone know if that started yet or when it will start?

wow! that really sucks. I mean how do you take advantage of it? Isn't it tracked by your PSN account? Anyway the few ruining it for the many i guess.

Too many people had multiple accounts and would use them as farm teams for a main account. Typical.
