Yep, some dudes are slick online, its a user setting for some reason, I don't think its meant to be in the game online but it deff. got overlooked

I dont think guess pitch is on, pitching is just garbage..again, I am sorry but perfect releases should not hang centre cut or miss the spot by a foot, looks like another year of sporadically playing RTTS for me.

Guess Pitch is definitely on, at least it was overnight. My first opponent of the year ambushed me with the stupid thing before I realized what was up. This had better be a f**king oversight. Between the high school command of "perfectly released" pitches, the incessant number of bleeders finding every hole, and the beer league softball fielding/scores, I won't be enduring that, too.

I lost my first game because my opponent could guess pitches and I couldn't. I would like to know when this is fixed as I don't want to play online and lose more games because of it.

It's absolutely a thing. I found this looking for it. Just finished a game where my opponent used it. Def needs to go asap. I got the win 10-4 but against anyone good it'll be problems. All his hits and runs were off guessed pitches.

Please excuse my ignorance as I haven't played 20 yet (bought standard edition) but how can you tell? Do you get the feedback that the batter gets?
Looks like I'm definitely in the minority here, but I would 100% support inclusion of no feedback guess pitch, but definitely not with feedback. The way I see it is that if a batter can legitimately anticipate a pitch type and location then they should be rewarded, just like in real life. And you are penalised if you are wrong so people that overuse it would be punished.
A plate appearance is as much a battle of the mind as it is the bat and ball.
Having said that, I'm not very familiar with the online aspect of the game so if I'm wrong and the above idea is something that would create an imbalance, don't hesitate to let me know why and I'd be happy to reconsider my point of view.

Guess pitch is definitely a thing. Can’t believe SDS is letting this go down. I was wondering why everyone is scoring so many runs on me. I’ve played multiple 30 runs (combined) games. I’ll be sitting out of RS until this is addressed. Is it meant to be here?
