I already bought Kerry Wood, and wondering what other cards I should try out.

Also, should I spend about 7k on Kenny Lofton? I want to try him out

First off, 7K, why not! Second, Orel, if you don't have him. Same with Thome.

There are a lot of good TA3 cards. For hitters, Brock, Bagwell, Thome and Killibrew for sure. Brett, Kaline, and Kendall are nice too. For pitchers, people seem to like Wood, Orel, and Leiter.

Definitely have wanted to try out that Lou Brock card, I do need a leadoff hitter and outfielder. That's also why I thought about Lofton

Brock is nice. I had him on my bench as a PR for the longest time. And he has some legit pop in his bat too. Eric Davis is another one with speed and power.

It sucks I can’t hit with Kaline. Although him and Didi are probably the best in the game at hitting perfect perfect homeruns on pitches high and out of the zone

People sleep on FOTF McGriff but I LOVE using him! I often use Brett, Schmidt and especially Leiter!

I just wish McGriff was a little faster. Not even 40 speed is pretty rough on the basepaths. Amazing hitting stats, though.

I sold 14 of them back when they were 25k-75k. I just bought them back for 8k-25k. Back to having all 30 again. Happy with that.

Lofton was my leadoff for a while until I got Cobb. I suck though, so take it for what it's worth.

I loved using the Tony Gwynn FOTF card. Very solid hitter. Not much power but a base hit machine with good speed and defense to go along with it. I had him in my lineup for the longest time, getting him when they released those cards. I then had him on my bench until recently I sadly replaced him just because of all the better options out there at this point. Still love that card though.

I'm buying back all FOTF cards I sold for dirt cheap. Why not I had 2.5 mil in stubs at this point I might as well spend them all since this game is almost over anyway.

Kaline is one of the most underrated cards in the game.

Absolutely right, I have to choose his spot in the lineup accordingly, to minimize the speed factor!

Yount, Brett, Gwynn, and I’m in the minority I guess but I really liked both catfish and Palmer. Oh, and also Kerry wood. And aj Burnett. And thome. And Mattingly was surprisingly good when I was doing the TA4 stat grind. Actually, a ton of the TA3 cards were pretty awesome when they dropped and i think a few could still crack benches if not starting lineups. I just hate that they had (imo) the worst card art MLBTS has had in years.

And you probably could have made 7K in the time it took you to ask us if you should spend 7K on lofton.
