Just lost the 12th game in a Flawless run...

to a Bronze player with a losing RS record. I outscored an absolute goon for my 9th win to keep it going. Played better opponents the whole time and even though I out-hit this guy, it just didn’t go my way. BRUTAL LOSS.

Been there bro. Not this year, back in ‘17. I can’t compete anymore. I get too angry. Guys like Movie impress me. He can compliment his opponent while losing. Very gracious winner and loser. Meanwhile I’m screaming hatred at my monitor and am about to burn the city down lol!

I’ve been there too. Awful feeling. Lost a couple 11-0 runs at Minute Maid last year and that was a very frustrating experience. Keep ur head up high tho- really hard to win 12 straight 3 inning all star games. It’s a lot of RNG you have to overcome. Really wish br was hof, but unfortunately it seems like that’s not exactly a popular opinion

Been there on multiple occasions as well, not many lower 'lows' you can experience in this game.

Felt like a gut punch. I get frustrated playing this game like others and drop a lot of F bombs while playing, but that feeling of getting that close and coming up short was rough. My bullpen just got bombed late in the game and then my comeback in the bottom of the 4th ended with the tying run grounding into a double play.
After a tough loss I usually jump back into a game because the competitor in me can’t handle ending on a loss. After this one I didn’t want to play. Just did a bunch of TA exchanges and market stuff and went to bed.
One positive that came from this run is I had MVP Trout on the team and was able to complete the stats needed for his Prestige so now I can run him out in RS.

Have you ever gone 12-0 before? Reason I ask is because what you describe happened to me multiple times and that built up the stress every single time when I got close to going flawless and I choked multiple times. But then after the first time, all that built up tension is gone. It 1000% gets easier after the first time, so if you haven't before take that as words of encouragement.

Yeah it’s not a popular opinion for trash all star gods who can’t hit the broad side of a barn on higher difficulties so they come to these forums to cry about rng bs when it’s their skill that is ultimately lacking. Truthfully there should be RS modes and BR modes that are only HOF or higher and allow those sad sacks to compete on their own kindergarten difficulty levels and let the adults who like better competition compete on higher difficulties and might I say for better rewards. And I also believe if they do something like that that you have to qualify to play on the higher levels. Which eliminates those same whiners from coming in and making a mockery of it all. Just my opinion, what do you think?

I accomplished it 2x so far. I was 2-0 in game 12s so far so this was the first loss. Last time I did it was ~9-10 days ago and I got and sold Chipper.
I just played the 11-1 game and got the guy to dashboard in the bottom of the 1st on a Trout no doubter. Sucks too because my 12 win reward is trash(LS Soto). Figures.

What was the score?Final was 8-6. 2-2 going into the 4th. He woke up and scored 6 runs. I came back with a Grand Slam with Awards Daniel Murphy(who was awesome). Then Trout ripped a single and Zack Collins grounded into a double play.
Had a 1-0 lead going into the 3rd and he hit two solo HR, including an 0-2 pitch I tried to throw in the dirt.

You should mute him, he is a terrible presence around here claiming the Germans have war memorials to celebrate the nazis. I'm not even joking, he tried to convince us of that during the Confederate statues being torn down. Unfortunately for him Germany is next door to me and they most certainly do not, the opposite is true actually. They're very embarrassed about their history. Yet this guy tried to discredit me and started throwing a tantrum because I was using actual facts as a response to his messed up world views.
