Some prestige players improve, I think Grif will prob be a bit better prest. cause he'll cross 100 contact vs. lefties. Walker improved for me a lot prestige wise, mostly speed and fielding... And Jram's fielding as improved since prestige. Hitting is tough to call so I'm usually hesitant to say that improves much, but things like speed, fielding, arm seem to improve when crossing certain thresholds.

By the way, I just checked, and no, it doesn’t look like he’s boosted before. He just plays a lot.
Also, holy [censored]. He’s the guy that discovered prestige Griffey. Congrats I guess?

whats his name?
Ken Griffey Jr. You should really know that name, dude. Huge part of baseball history. Played 1B for the White Sox in the 90s. His dad was Johnny Bench. Ringing any bells?

You say Walker improved for you speed and fielding wise. Well of course it does, when all attributes are increased in increments of three. But you have to compare statistics between your non-prestige and prestiged cards.
For example, I have prestige Gwynn who has a significant better steal to CS ratio vs. non-prestiged Gwynn. But he's hitting 60 points lower batting average wise .230 vs. .290. I have a total of 7 prestige players and currently only use one (Cobb). The rest have comparable statistics or are performing less than the non-prestiged cards. That's me though, everybody is different.
Of course there are some exceptions, but from what I've heard from other players in this forum have had similar experiences, and the narrative seems to be pretty consistent.

So, the lower batting avg. prob has to do more with the better pitching, also most of the players who are left are better players, better competition. Also take things into account such as the type of events we have, it's been harder to rack up stats on some of these last few as everyone was trying hard for goose and this one is on HOF... The way the card hits really shouldn't change much.. Though prestige J-ram is MURDERING for me right now.. ridiculous, it's honestly like a different card, probably an anomaly but the ball looks like a beachball coming in.
