This was AWESOME! I loved 90% of your picks. My preference would be to remove Clemens (I just never liked him) and insert Mo Vaughn; and also to put in Bo Jackson, Juan Gonzalez, and Daryl Strawberry.

I agree with you on Clemens. He’s a Hall of Fame [censored] but was a great pitcher, even before the roids. Vaughn and Jackson would be fun. Strawberry and JuanGon almost made the list, but had to drop them due to my own rule of one player, one team. Definite honorable mentions.

Scott Rolen would be a great addition. Some of the players I put on the list were big in my childhood, but not really remembered much today, so I wanted to honor them. Hence McGee over Rolen, Stieb over Halladay, Whitaker over Greenberg, etc. I’m sure some of you have noticed the 1980s bias!

Great choices. The only reason Koufax and Strawberry aren’t on the list are so I could have Valenzuela and Gooden.
