YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE PROGRAM WITHOUT THE POSTSEASON COLLECTION
Do not bother doing ever mission and moment. If you are going to complete the program, DO THE COLLECTION FIRST so that you don't have to do more missions/moments than needed.
If you do every single mission, every single, moment, and you do the "exchange dodgers and rays" mission, you will only get to 99/100.

It's not about spending stubs, its about doing more missions and moments than necessary.

Not unexpected but a little bit of a bummer. I’m sure Seager is great and all, but I don’t think he’s with locking in that many stubs. I’m more than happy with Honus, Tatis, 99 Trea Turner, HanRam, Pee Wee (yes! pee wee takes!), and the big man himself, Robin “The Face” Yount, so I am pretty much all set at SS. Plus, I’m still holding out hope we get either a Tim Anderson Finest or a repeat of last year’s SS Luis Aparicio.
I’ll probably just QS the majority of the PS2020 cards and blow the profits on a silly luxury card I would otherwise have a hard time justifying (probably 200K on Christy Mathewson for my “Old Farts” team).
