If you ordered it through the PSN store, I think you have to contact PSN support. Other threads have said they refund the original purchase and then you buy the one you want now.

I called psn 1-800-345-7669 and they refunded my preorder via PayPal then I was able to log into my account and preorder the deluxe edition ASAP

As said above, you would have to contact support. (I recommend the live chat or calling)
They then refund you the money. Refund is not immediate tho, so if you don't have the funds available to just wait on the refund, you may be out of luck.
