I was 20 games under .500 before I got a monitor, now 12 games above .500! Still not satisfied with it. But ya gotta start somewhere.
I did get a monitor about 10 days ago, so that’s part of it. I’m hitting a lot better, but apparently, so Is everybody else. It’s almost like my monitor has improved their hitting too!

Probably the best one for me in terms of hitting. I batted .297 for the month using mostly these new post season cards. My average was sitting at .224 before the season began.
This has been my best season, both in terms of hitting and rating, I’m just surprised how back and forth it’s been, both before and after I got a new monitor. It’s like halfway through, someone at SDS flipped the switch from “dead ball era” to “1930s slugfest” lol. Thought I would still be able to pitch after buying the new monitor, but nope.

I have been thinking of getting a monitor for 21 and new gen. Have you noticed a big difference in the switch?

Big difference in terms of hitting. You can actually catch up to fastballs now and hitting feels almost too easy. Haven’t noticed a difference on pitching, but if you struggle with hitting, I would highly recommend it. Keep in mind though, in my experience, getting a monitor helps your opponent’s hitting as well (jk...maybe)

I’m 0-0 so I’d say it’s treating me well.
That's the smartest decision U can make

im @ 847 i havent been WS since 2018 before that every year was no prob.....
-
can't hit worth a lick this season.
-
I can't stand going back and forth on difficultly levels. Wish events you could choose between AS and HOF
-
I think I’m 7-2? 813 rating started at 700. Might be 6-2 I forget exactly. Lost a close one last night but before that I’d been rolling. It’s playing about the same as last season for me.

I am a ranked season gawd - in fact, if I can win about 7 more games, I get a free Hanley/Guidry. Question though, why can’t I hang up my Spring Training banner? I’ve always wanted to hang up my Spring Training banner and go toe-to-toe with dudes.

There's a spring training banner? Need to equip.

This season went surprisingly smooth. Last RS was the one where I felt like I just couldn’t string together multiple good games.
This ranked season, I hit WS a week or so ago already and was seeing the ball and hitting well. Hope your break out of your slump my man, we all know how frustrating this game can be, just keep chipping away

I got close to WS for first time ( peaked at 840 before), and as i was 1-2 games away , had SDS screw me.
In a 1-0 deficit game with 2 outs and runner on 2nd ( 6th inning) in the game, had the old Fly ball land over my camped out Trout in CF as he was preparing to throw to 3rd. That scored the runner and put the batter on third and crushed my soul. Lost interest at that point.

Yep. Same -
won 15 of 18 to get to 896 then lost went to 856 . took 4 games to get to 898 then back to 860. Finally after 6 more games up and down broke through 900. Really hard for that last WS games. SDS didn't make it easy.

Not too bad. Uninstalled the game.

Because for me, this has been the one of the weirdest seasons I’ve had in the four years I’ve played Diamond Dynasty. I started out winning 9 of 11, then lost 10 of 12. At the beginning, my games were pitchers duals, now everything is a 10-8 slugfest. My rating has ranged from as low as 390 (yup) to as high as 852 and is currently sitting a little above 800. Has anyone else been experiencing this much of a dichotomy this month, or like a lot of things, is it just me?
My opinion is they juiced hitting at some point in the last month again. I’d been thinking the game played alright for a week or two, but I’ve turned it off a few times mid game recently because it was a home run derby, just like it used to be early in the year. It’s not like I’m facing elite players, the game just randomly turns into a slugfest against bad opponents who have terrible averages, much like myself. No idea what causes some games to play like trash with 70 combined hits and 35 combined runs, it’s just something that happens from time to time.
I also hit my first ever home run over 500 feet in well over 1000 games played this year with LS Stanton, which was a bit of an anomaly on the hitting side as well.

I'm 10-1, but really struggling to score runs.
-
I don't know what happened (other than playing the games on all-star thanks opponents) but I've picked up back to back mercy wins after not touching the ball
