People who finished extreme moments

I’m only 3 extreme moments from Gehrig. For the god squad on legend moment who did you use for your SP and did you empty out your bullpen playing matchups?
-
I used Kershaw, hardly used my pen as far as I remember.

I unfortunately do not have Mr. Kershaw.

I used Tom Seaver and actually was perfect through 6 innings with 12 Ks - just worked the inside fastball and low and away change/sliders. I gave up a couple hits in the 7th and just let the bullpen do their thing to get thru the last 3 innings - pretty sure I got a full inning out of everyone (Sig Chapman and POTM Diaz for sure and not sure about the other) without worrying too much about matchups. Gave up one run on a HR to Ted Williams in the 9th and won 2-1
-
I think I started Seaver, but only threw him for 2 or 3 innings. Only pulled him for a pinch hitter early because I knew runs would be hard to come by. It worked out, because I ended up pitching a combined 13 inning no-hitter. Finally hit a pinch-hit home run in the top of the 13th to give me the win.
On the HRD team moment I ended up taking this approach as well after failing many times with a few different starters and got it the first try. Just completely emptied the pen and played the matchups with my three lefties against Cano and Griffey. So, in my experience, going to the pen early and often is a recipe for success in these moments.

Used Maddux for 7 innings, Gagné for the last 2.
-
Still trying to beat it myself. Only extreme moment I beat was Yelich. Did you guys go full lefty lineup against Pearson?

I failed many times and then I came to the conclusion that Maddux is the best for the job because it seems that location is much more important than velocity against the computer. He got the job done for me too.

Prestige Hersh and wade davis and a few other BP arms was really easy.
-
Well Cespedes just hit a slider outside of the strike zone for an oppo HR off of Jansen in the 8th. Think it’s time to take a break.

Hasn't this WS taught you that Jansen is the worst CP in pressure situations?

My dude is about to get sold for 220k
-
Kershaw is definitely the best option IMO. As for relievers Tom Henke is really good against the CPU for whatever reason
-
I used Maddux and Hoffman closed it out, lol. I mistakenly clicked on Hoffman instead of my intended choice of Gagne.

I was thinking about going all lefty but I decided to just use anyone who I am really good with. I beat it my first try which was surprising. The most important thing is to take pitches, I had Pearson up to 100 pitches by the 4th and he crumbled after that.

Cole Hammels gave up 1 thorough 7 1/3 Britton finished 8th Kenley closed it out 9-1. Unfortunately I am beginning to think I will never beat Yellich 3hr moment. If there is anyone that has any tips Im open to anything, even if it requires a live chicken
-
I bought maddux for it. Then sold him. Got 7 innings out of him. Than the pen

I got three fastballs knee high down the middle. I love yelich and his swing anyways so that one wasn’t bad. Worst for me (so far) was Gehrig and his 4 xbh. I spent three straight hours on it last night. I literally would’ve finished it 4 times if it wasn’t for Torres standing there watching balls bounce off the wall and stand at 2nd base. Eventually finished it with 4 hrs like real life.
