Cannot load up World Series Program

I can pull up the program and it shows the missions; but I cannot play
them nor can I see any of the rewards.

The first course of action in situations like this is always to start by resetting. If that doesn't work the next step is to not do any troubleshooting yourself. Instead make a thread on a public forum asking someone else to figure out your problem for you.....
