Just doing the conquests from Shark on to current will provide a lot of cards to potentially sell for stubs to buy exactly what he wants too.
So lock them in for J-Ram and Mondesi?

Maybe lock them in and sell Honus if he really needs the stubs. Then he gets two top players and stubs.

Hmmm.

Also. The Castillanos card for completing 5 (I think) of the monthly rewards. is a beast hitting wise. Has he got him yet? He can play OF too.

Mondesi and J-Ram are really strong - especially Mondesi if strictly offline, as he can bunt-cheese to 2nd and steal to 3rd reliably against the CPU (if he so chooses). Amazing leadoff hitter regardless of bunt-cheese or not.
For the outfield - doing the conquest extreme for Yelich is probably worth it, plus a ton of packs.
If he's doing all the monthly's, he'll get Castellanos for a power outfield bat (plus a 99 pitcher in Carrasco).
Gwynn and Brock via TA would be decent OF (unless he wants to just bit HR).
I recommend what this guy said. Yelich is a drag but very doable and great card. I prefer JRAM over Sheffield and honesty I prefer Castellanos as well. Plus you get mondesi as a bonus

I think it could be argued that Mondasi alone is better than Honus. If you had to choose. Depends on who you are better with but I love that Mondasi is a switch hitter.

Only issue I have for him is as much as he plays; if they release more of the packs and the prices drop.

Rogers Hornsby is a great choice for third. Easily one of the top two or three right handed bats in the game. His defense is a bit scary at second but he is fine at third. If you want a really budget option Hanley is really good. Plus he has great speed which is rare at third.

J-ram crushes lefty's, but on HOF his small PCI against righty's IS an issue. I'm strongly considering platooning with Honus.
