Yeah it is the 4pm that gets you. When the sun gets to a bad angle. 1pm the sun is still gonna be way up in the sky, no problems there.

I’d rather them get rid of night games tbh. I’ve noticed more lag in night games. It’s not just me either. Several of the very best players ik in the community have experienced the same thing

Havent thought about that. But makes sense. I use a FPS counter when playing RDR2 online on PC and I do get worse frames when its dark. Harder to render the graphics. Never really thought about it on here though.

Would have been nice if these PS4 and Xbox game developers would give the options to turn down certain settings if they are gonna develop software that is too much for the hardware it is being used on. I sure wouldnt mind turning off crowd animations and reducing grass texture or something to get decent frame rate. Thank God new hardware incoming in a couple weeks. Shouldnt be a problem for some years after that.

October, 7pm is my default setting. I don't like day games, but after an inning or two, my eyes adapt to the brightness.
