After a few attempts, I step up and Chapman drills me in the thigh with a fastball (rolling my eyes) but thought this is a sign I’ll get it my next attempt and of course it’s exactly what happened.
Can’t make this stuff up lol

I hate that moment. He doesn’t throw strikes. I swear I could have walked 50 times if I had not gotten tired of it and started swinging at everything. Not a good habit to develop.

He hit me too. I also thought it was funny. In his defense tho, he hit me with a slider.

I got hit by a 102 mph fastball in the upper thigh. Next attempt 1st pitch fouled off in the zone, 2nd pitch almost perfectly in the middle and crushed. I think Chapman felt bad about the beaning and threw 2 pitches in the zone to say sorry.

I had a pitch come at my head and hit the barrel of my bat for a single. Brousseau didn’t even flinch
