These league series are being expanded so MLB can milk as much tv revenue out of these games as possible. Hard to believe both the Braves and the Rays are simultaneously sh@tting the bed as good as they've been, I'm sure they also want those two big markets in the series to go along with that 'revenge' theme that would be a big seller.
As much money as MLB has lost this year I wouldn't put that past them at all. But again could just be me, but I don't trust any big orgs like this when $$$ is on the table

Realistically speaking, if Altuve could make some simple throws the series would've been over by now with the Astros in the WS.
Hopefully Atlanta comes through regardless.

Even when non-disclosures are signed, people will spill the beans eventually and the justice department will give them immunity for testifying. The ramifications this whole scenario would have would mean the end of major league baseball as the integrity of the league would be forever questioned, and that is simply not worth it. Ever.

My comment was directed towards OP, who made it clear that the scenario he described could be real according to him. I appreciate that you see the humor through it all, but in a world filled with lies, misinformation and conspiracies, I like to shut this nonsense down as soon I see it.
