Has there ever been a Jake Peavy big card?

I was talkin to my buddy last night and we brought up some great pitchers, one i brought up was 2007 Cy Young, triple crown Jake Peavy and was curious if this has ever been in the game?

Yes for sure, I think the last year I saw a high diamond Peavy was in 17.

Yeah, he was a high end flashback back in ‘16 IIRC. Think he had a 95, but in those days diamonds were 92+ and a 95 was an endgame card in a lot of cases.

That is because he is now retired and therefore SDS doesn't have the rights to use him anymore. If they would want to, they would have to pay him a personal fee for his rights.

I liked his last card also. Loved watching him pitch. Too bad his prime was so short.

Yeah there definitely was one and I loved pitching with it. Cant remember if that was 17 or 18 or both.

i would guess since he's retired and wasnt in 18 or 19 it seems.. its a pretty good bet they didnt pay him for 20 either. That sucks.
