Chipper was a WS reward late last year, wouldn't think they'd make him a BR reward this year. I'll be weeping in the corner if they do, finally got Glavine a few weeks back.

But Chipper was also a boss already so anyone who wanted to play with Chipper this year could have (and likely did). So making the ultimate 99 a BR reward to me would make sense but guess we'll find out soon enough.

Griffey has already been a WS reward, so it either chipper or mays. But chipper was a WS reward last year so it could be mays.

No one's going to corner anything. If it's Chipper it will cost a mil. For someone to buy it for that, and to turn around and sell it for that means a loss of 100,000. There's better ways for them to store their money, than taking a 10% hit. I've got mine poured into Wagner at 999,999. If those orders for a mil get close to 0, I'll just pull it out and put it into another high dollar card, or put them back into him at 500 thou.
Now if someone wants to be a [censored], they could buy up a lot of the new br reward, and never let them see the light of day.

Basically, I'm just glad I am off tomorrow, so if it's someone like that, I should be able to jump on it instantly. Definitely not ideal though, honestly I'd be interested to see where some card prices would be if there was no artificial limit at 1m

That’s what I’m saying. Don’t think people are understanding me. Who can’t bid one million at this stage in the game? Most people can, even if you don’t have it, you probably have a million in inventory.
I’m in a group with a bunch of people for this game and most of that group has been maxed out a 5 million stubs all year.
BR reward at this stage in the game shouldn’t be the last few cards to get excited over.

Oh, I get that. I'm just talking about cornering the market. Unfortunately, I'm one of those who will be at work, and trying to get in an order quickly on a phone and not even knowing at the start who you're looking for, isn't going to happen. I'll surely be down the list. Makes me want to take a sick day, but I'll be there; day in and day out, everyday.
