I’d gladly take a ton of extra conquests and stat grinds to do away with moments. I didn’t mind moments too much (I enjoy the pitching ones a lot actually) until the Brian Anderson show of a moment
I skipped it (after God knows how many attempts) and the Yankees Catcher 3 XBH one as well and bought that week's Topps Now cards.
My sanity is worth more than 40k stubs.
I'm at the point that if I can just buy the card, then that's what I'll do. Didn't really care for moments from the start; now, I really hate them. I'm so sick of their circus catches; catches that would leave a real player on the disabled list. And let's not even go into all the rng. The only time I'll do moments now, is if the player isn't sellable.

I dont hate moments as I use them as my play time on my lunch break from work so 45 mins and I walk away. So maybe because I'm only subjecting my self to smaller amount I dont hate it as muc6

Just quit. Felt no pressure since I retired the game.

Love moments! As others said, when I dont have much time or get distracted by a bunch of things, I can just pause and resume whenever. Its a good change of pace

I think moments could be fine even fun.... if only the pitchers were programed to throw strikes. In my opinion it get tedious waiting for a strike to be thrown and a moment that should be 10/15 minutes turns into a hour or more of just waiting for a good pitch.
-
Dont forget about needing to get a hit in your last ab only for your Ai controlled runner to get picked off....TRY AGAIN
-
I don’t mind a challenge, I actually love it, but these aren’t even challenging, whatsoever.
Intentionally wasting my time on Veteran difficulty so it’s not too easy is just annoying. And the worst part, because of the huge variance in skill levels, they’re isn’t another way to do it. Unless they gave us difficulty options, even sliders, with scaled rewards, but that seems like a tough thing to implement and a huge amount of extra work.
Something like that would help out the players that aren’t as skilled and at the same time, give some incentive to challenge yourself and actually get better at the game.

Agreed, but this is intentional, to stretch out the gameplay time. So I doubt it goes away.

Moments... from hell's heart, I stab at thee...
"PHAAAMMMMMM!" - in your best Shatner voice.
"I'll chase that program 'round Triples Alley, and 'round Pesky's Pole, and 'round perdition's flames before I give it up!"
-
I hate them too.

Only hate the don't give up a run moments because 90% of the time someone who's absolute garbage hits a bomb off a 45 ft outside the zone slider in the 5th with 2 outs pitcher up next. They are boring overall and there's simply no way for them to be fun because playing the cpu sucks imo.

It’s usually the [censored] pinch hitter I swear

I would like moments if it actually required skill instead of luck.
-
I like moments but the i like playing the GAME more; as a result, I'm woefully behind on Moments.
I can manage to grind a few out every week; they multiply like roaches. I don't see me finishing them prior to the drop of MLBTS21!
