Tips on Attaining MVP Trout

I started looking into getting him last night... With that being said I only have about six vouchers. I was wondering if anyone had budget friendly ways to complete his collection?
Quickest and easiest ways are accepted as well, thanks guys.

Face of the franchise could be a cheap voucher if you have a lot of gold/silver live series card in exchange for those low tier. Some cheap high diamond like McGriff, Salmon, Mattingly can easily get you to 30.

Postseason will be easy to attain as long as you remain sane during the “don’t give up 1 run” missions.
The base round HRD cards should be at quick sell value, or close to it since set 2 is a conquest reward. But you would still need to buy 3 of the higher tier rounds given you were lucky in your free set. (Are there any more in the conquest map? Haven’t completed it yet).
Which are the 6 you have?

If you haven't been buying up all the Event, Ranked, and Henchmen rewards during their initial availability, Trout's gonna cost you stubs. There's just no way around it.

I didn't buy all the ranked and event rewards but I did buy most of the henchman.

The mantle collection is a good way to get a lot of the cards. The easiest collection to get is the gold prospects. Before the trout collection dropped prices were really low and not long ago they others cards had started to drop in price too and some have dropped more ie Mazeroski was at 50k and is now at 34k. Some have gained value ie Cy Young who recently was selling for 9k and is now almost 28k. The price will probably drop again when the TA4 comes out. But with current prices and say you have unlocked the unlockable cards your buyout price to finish it is roughly 485k

Everything stated above is true, but we also need to know what 6 vouchers you have, and how close you are to other vouchers. Either way, you're going to need to invest a little bit.

just playing the game should have you with most of them. The only one's i had to buy to complete was the HRD and a few of the prospects. Postseason was giving me trouble but with the ones that just came out, i only needed 3 to finish.
Also, i haven't bought a single stub and really haven't gotten lucky with flipping. have gotten 2 extra bellingers when he was decent and an extra Yelich when he was decent, other than that, just playing got me stubs. Also completed live series. so it can be done.

How did you complete Live Series?? Out of the very high-priced ones, I've only gotten Arenado. Still need Scherzer, DeGrom, and Verlander.
I'll probably have to wait until their prices go down, whenever that is.

Getting those 2 extra bellingers helped. I also got an extra Yelich back when he was like 56K. Bellinger, Only high diamond i've ever pulled and pulled him 3x. I bought them all one at a time. it took a while. I also got them all for around 100K or less i think it was after a stub sale and the market came back down.
I also did all the cheap teams very early on, like back in april and may, just knocked them out. i sat on the big 6 teams for months not buying any cards or anything and just stockpiling stubs.

.....only hr was a liner that barely cleared the foul poleI've experienced the exact opposite. I have mine batting .280 with OBP hovering around .400 because nobody wants to pitch to him. Bad swings find their way to being hits and if you square it up it's a moonshot. If for nothing else, he's been one of the best defensive outfielders for me and I've robbed 5 or 6 homers with him. Trout is the real deal & I don't regret getting him at all.
