Yeah like Ryan said, a lot of the good righties have reserve splits anyway, so I'm not to concerned with to many right-handed bats.

I pay attention to it. My lineup now is

    Tatis
    Mantle
    Hornsby
    Ruth
    Sheffield
    Walker
    Biggio
    Cobb

Biggio is getting replaced by Foxx as soon as I hit 300 stars, and Trout will slide in somewhere after I get 4 more postseason cards.

Reverse split righties are the best possible cards imo. You can mash RHP and not worry about getting neutralized lefty/lefty. Trout and Tatis are my two best hitters. So with that said I wouldn’t worry at all about too many righties, they all hit RHP well.

You have two lefties and a switch hitter, which is enough to construct a balanced lineup. Problem probably is they all 3 guys are top of the order hitters in Cobb, Mantle and Ruth.

All of you talking about using Foxx at catcher, beyond the weak arm, you have to assume he will be a passed ball liability, right? I’m interesting to see how that works for most, I see it as a a nightmare.

Back in ‘18 and ‘19, felt like blocking didn’t matter as no catcher in the game could block efficiently. This year is more the opposite where no matter the blocking rating, catchers for the most part block everything. I can see his arm being a slight liability but his bat will make up for it

So what most of you are suggesting is if I'm using a mostly RH line up is to make sure the hitters are good vs both RH & LH pitching.

Most of these 99s now have good stats vs either handed pitchers. As long you are good at hitting righty vs righty, balancing the lineup with lefties shouldn't matter.

Same man. Has me thinking about getting Honus and playing him at second. I love Posadas bat but his defense blows. Foxx is going to be bad back there. Especially for how I pitch

In the end, I hope to have 4 switch hitters (99 Chipper at 3rd, 99 Future Stars Rutschman at C, Mickey in CF and CAP at SS), two righties (Trout in corner OF and Tatis Jr. or Wagner at 2B) and two lefties (Gehrig at 1B and Walker/Yelich/Ruth/Griffey Jr. at corner OF). I enjoy having the handedness advantage because I always roll over cutters or sliders to same handed batters.
