Prediction for LIVE SERIES collections

I was going to do for each division but way too many options.
AL Collection: David Ortiz
NL Collection: one of the Big Three from Atlanta
MLB Collection: Mickey Mantle. -
I think they go with all new legends and all position players, so I'll predict the following:
AL- David Ortiz (or a surprise Jim Thome)
NL: Craig Biggio
MLB: Mickey Mantle -

I wonder if Honus is the MLB collection since he was added late in the game last year. Since collections are going to be much harder this year since you can't quicksell or exchange I could see the awards being
AL - Mantle
NL - Vlad
MLB - Honus -

Haha thanks. Even though he is an Astros player (NL version of course) I would love him here. C and 2B eligibility for a Sig Series card with excellent contact and speed would be money.

he would be better than pudge I'd think so this isn't too far fetched. really like that call though sir. I really think mantle is the the MLB and so he should be. I think he will be the best card in the game.

Agreed. Pudge drove me crazy last year with his blocking and weaker than expected power. I would welcome Biggio as an alternative.
I'm also wondering where we are going to see Jimmy Rollins this year. He hasn't been revealed but everything a leaker revealed has been right so far...except Rollins (predicted as a first inning reward). I still think he will be in the game, so maybe he is the NL East collection reward? I don't think he was good enough for the NL reward...unless they do an MVP card and boost his ratings a bit.

I think the collection is someone else. They said there is one really big secret hidden in DD and they avoid collections beyond the change made so leaning towards it being in there. They also said the rewards for collections are "better" because of the changes made

The legend pack Mantle is his Rookie, if they are doing a rookie to prime type deal, his best card (prime) wouldn't be a collect all. So I agree it'll be someone else, maybe Bonds softened up some and gave SDS his rights.

I don't see Mantle being a rookie to prime card, those cards were obtained in a different way.

I feel like bonds wouldn’t have agreed to give his rights without SDS marketing him for the game.

I am almost 100% sure whatever top Mickey Mantle card is available will be the MLB collection.

Was going to put Rivera but with my opinion having Mantle as the full collection, doubt they put two Yankees in the LS Collections.

Most legends don't really get me that excited. It's more like "oh, that's cool." But Bonds is one of the two guys that would just get me amped. Bonds or Arod.

Rollins was the NL mvp in 07 and he has 3 or 4 gold glove awards they can easily give him one of those “academy award” 99 stage looking cards

If you go back and play the Ichiro moment in the asg, I think there are some hints at other legends. Like, Brian Roberts name was in there, as was Orlando Hudson. Not saying they’re collection rewards, but they’re enticing picks for team collection. Especially since the d backs or jays could benefit from Orlando Hudson.

I honestly feel they may add him the same way they did last year but with even more collections needed like Face of the Franchise series, Classic Diamonds and a few more card series.
