I'm just trying to say that SDS is just basically giving it to us now, and they are just giving everyone unlimited stubs. That's not supposed to happen in my opinion.

I'm not so sure they will go down to QS that fast. People have already had a fair amount of time to get those cards numerous times. Like, maybe 15ish times by now. They probably will, but not that fast.
I very highly doubt most of the user base has gotten even close to 15 times each, and the ones that do probably deserve the stubs because they prob didn't get to much sleep last night to reach that amount.

Its the end of the game, the 9th inning is about to drop and i think there was 11 or 10 last year, the headliners are done so why not? I personally don't care that anyone new to the game can get stubs fairly quick and compete. Isnt that a good thing?

But on Thursday, before Run It Back released, the option to play infinite 8th inning showdowns was there, for which you’d have received a number of packs, including BIAH and headliners, plus stubs and XP, which would have netted you infinite stubs as well. Was that not supposed to happen either?

Fair enough.Honestly, it’s not going to be as much of an issue as you think it will be, because unlimited stubs was always a thing. I can make 3-400k per day just flipping.

If you don’t have time to place a few buy orders, do something else with your life while they go through and then repeat the process but with sell orders, I doubt you have time to complete the conquest or showdown. Here’s the thing about flipping, it’s a passive method of making stubs. You don’t have to do a single thing except place the orders, it’s not like you’re grinding showdowns, lol.

Well, I'm not exactly SALTY about it, it just doesn't make sense to me why they would do that. And I'm saying that I don't have time to do it because for me, my orders NEVER go through, and they always get beaten out, and it's just too much of a hassle. -

I just did the conquest map for the packs etc. Think I sold Lee Smith for 22k, also pulled Mike Scott for another 20k. Trouble is, stubs aren’t much use at the minute, there’s nobody to buy and I think the guys we’re all waiting for are going to be TA4, not finest.

Exactly, I pulled Arenado from a ballin pack in the conquest map, but I already have more stubs then I know what to do with, I was really hoping they would drop some great choice pack in the shop or something, I haven't gotten excited about anything in the market in awhile.

I don’t have a ton of stubs actually, around 250k, but I don’t worry about it too much, because I have pretty much all the cards I want. I think there is a choice pack in the wings, probably something like a 40k pack with high diamonds, limited purchase, blah blah. There’s also Finest, which could potentially put packs in the store, with the Topps Now being so juiced in terms of stats, a lot of the Finest cards may not be as relevant this year as years past, 125 power is the norm now, it seems.

I definitely think they went overboard with the attributes in Topps Now. Pretty silly at this point.
