Anyone use Topps now Maeda?

Those per/9's are tempting me to give him a shot in RS. The lack of velo doesn't particularly concern me, Maddux and Hershisher have been hands down my most reliable pitchers.

I faced him RS/ 750 he pitched 7 solid he only gave up 2 runs all soft contact
