Does TA3 excess carry to TA4?

I haven't hit 100% for any yet but I'm at 99 for quite a few. So, I'm wondering.....for example, if I'm at 67/70 and do a 10 point exchange will I get 4 points credit in TA4, or does it just hit 70/70 and the excess is lost?
If it's currently lost perhaps I wait until TA4 is open and it might carry like other programs?

Only if TA4 has been opened up. So any extra points accrued right now for TA3 will not carryover

MD4No, it will stop at 70%. It's best to wait until TA4 drops in a few weeks that way you don't lose stubs.

TA4: 0/50If you do it after TA4 drops:
TA3: 70/70
TA4: 7/50 -

Buying now can backfire. Especially if he buys Silvers that can get downgraded.

Even with downgrades the inflation will even out

buy cards that will not be effected by upgrades or downgrades. So look for guys who are injured or buy flashbacks legends

I just looked at they guys I bought last week and realized they jumped from 1300 ish to 1900 ish sorry you may have missed that boat.
