Pirates Anthony Rendon moment

I had an oddly weird time with the hit a HR off Verlander moment. Including a perfect-perfect to center field that went like 360 feet. Couldn’t square anything up. I spent close to half an hour on what should have been the easiest moment. The rest I finished fairly quickly.

I breezed through it all in an hour, I was surprised at how easy it was for me. The only mission that I had trouble with was the one where you must get 2 H and 1 HR in a 9-inning game. I swear the game was only letting me get the HR and not the other hit just to mess with me, lol.
I found success by putting the PCI in the lower part of the zone—just below where it starts out and a little to the left. Just focused on that area and hit the bombs I needed.

i actually got lucky on the pirates mission, like the doctorswife, i set pci low most of the time and waited for a good pitch (that didnt come to often). i was on a 3-0 count my first AB and said man a walk does me no good so im gonna swing regardless of how trash it is. Turns out it was a fat pitch i perfect/perfect to LF to get HR. the hit was just a chopper up the middle past the pitcher.

Yah I ended up doing the same thing, just started swinging at everything Taillon was throwing, it worked I eventually hit one to deep center. Can't count the times I was too patient and let him walk me. But the rest of the moments were easy like you guys have said.
The Verlander HR moment was just a mater of waiting for one of Verlander's Changeups timing it up and power swinging, I was aiming for the crawford boxes and put it into the top row of seats in Right Field lol.

the moment where you had 1 plate appearance... i wanna say 2nd to last?... i got walked 3 times in a row with 4-0 before he finally threw a strike, that i whiffed lol.

The Miami moment? I got lucky on that one a got a good pitch right away and hit a double to center field with the speed the Nationals had on base both runners easily scored.

yes thats it.. stanek pitching. man that guy could NOT throw me a strike lol. I think i ended up hitting a HR off him to finish it on the 4th or 5th try thanks to the first 3 being walks lol

I used to complete moments on directional but this year I find zone WAY easier. Especially on allstar or higher. After not being able to hit anything hard off Taillon in a few attemps, I will be switching to zone once again.

Does anyone know the reason why you can’t pause and hit restart at any point?why do they make you wait until the play is finished?

I don’t like Rendons and I am struggling with these moments more than any other player program

I just close my eyes and hit square with these moments. I was surprised how easy I knocked them out. With the pirates one, I got lucky and chased a pitch outside the strike zone that magically went out the ballpark. The next AB, there was a new pitcher who knew how to throw a meatball strike

I've been wondering the exact same thing. They wouldn't let you restart until after the play in MLB 19, either. Flipping annoying.

Yah i get that, we all have players who we just can't hit with. I know people rave about Barry Larkin but i can't hit with him at all.

He’s another one I don’t like. I love Daniel Murphy though lol ... right now am I got is two Verlander Rendon moments left
