Piazza...how is he?

Anybody have Piazza? How is he?
-
Swing sucks so the enticing hitting attributes are misleading - horrible defense will cost you runs
-
I hit great with him, so don’t take anyone’s statement as fact...he can destroy lefty’s, and he is doing great against righties for me too.
But teams with speed will make you pay in the bases.

I met him in 2000. Was blasting metal in his car!
Went on to be semi-co host of the Eddie Trunk show and prove he's a legit metal guy with obscure stuff he listens to. He went on to set the catchers HR record as a Met and....
Oh, wait. You meant in this game. Don't have the card. Sorry -
I usually have him as my end game catcher, but frankly, he’s not great. Definitely not 400k great. I tried him out and when he does connect, he hits the ball hard. He seems to have the same issue as Frank Thomas though, namely a slow, awkward swing. His defense isn’t good and I sold him back to try Pudge. I didn’t especially enjoy his bat either, too many warning track shots on good swings and I’m back to Posada for now, who has the same defensive issues as Piazza, but swings a far more effective bat as a switch hitter.

Love Posadas bat, hes my current catcher. No shot at throwing anyone out without a slidestep tho.

I just had a gluten free crust this weekend for the first time at a local brick oven pizzeria joint... quite tasty.
