Event Overall 90

Anybody else annoyed to have to re-set their roster every time they start up a new event to get down to 90 overall? I'm not that good and I have to edit my roster down from 94 every time.

Definite enhancement SDS needs to make by MLB21 - allow users to save an Event lineup (for the duration of each event).

This has been a huge complaint for years. For some reason SDS refuses to even comment on it. It's honestly such a small thing that would be a great quality of life improvement.

They just started doing this what last year? Our event lineup didnt reset every event before. Or if it did it gave you a lineup that was within the range. Definitely need to fix it back.

I think it was originally intended to stop upgraded players who therefore become ineligible for the events from being in your lineup. Ex. Gold player max, Trea Turner gets upgraded, he’s still in your lineup if it is saved and no longer a gold card. It didn’t happen very often so I don't know why they changed it

I usually take a picture of my lineup to help the process along. It would be nice to have the option to save your lineup.

I get what your saying but I switch my lineup a lot. Should be a save and edit option 100%

Along with the player upgrades, there was also a bug a few years back where the CAPs were auto-entered into an event lineup. So even after they patched the bug, when the lineups were saved from entry to entry, players were able to use their CAP for the remainder of that entire event so long as they didn’t swap them out.

Yea this is definitely the worst part.
If the CPU is gonna auto generate the best line-up, that should actually include one thats UNDER whatever the overall team limit is for the event. It takes like 10 minutes just to sort out a lineup and figure out how many low commons you will have to stick in there to get it under 90 overall. (I could have already played a game in the event by the time I finally sort the team out.)
Should have made it at least 95 overall.
