Topps Now - Get on it!

My guess is they have us collect 28/32 Topps now, not all, but most of them.
7 of the 8 monthly awards will be the other cards needed for the 35 cards on the collection tab to get the lightning card.
Seems that should almost be a guarantee at this point, just the way it’s setup, but I could be wrong.I’d think it’s going to work how they incorporated the new monthly programs this year, but with a twist of adding the collection to finish out the program for Tatis Jr. (like the players league program with Snell)

Tatis better have switch hitting ability and the ability to play catcher for how juxh these topps card cost

It’s not as if you’ll need every Topps now card to complete the collection. It also mentioned collecting the other players of the month cards? Plus I’m sure that the next conquest map will include a couple Topps now packs which will give 2/3 cards depending on the week they are from.

I am not going to lie I have invested quite heavily and even if it is not collect all if it is collect anything more than what people get from the packs there is opportunity for profit. Like look at Giolito, there is is a MAX of 1 per person playing the game out there and his sell price was LOW, i got like 30 for buy orders around 6K. It has been listed forever to collect Topps now players for the lightning and POTM awards, so i am banking on profit anyways. But also look into investing in LF and SS if Tatis or Soto get it you know there will be exchanges. And if Turner and Tatis get one then there will be most likely two exchanges required for SS's

No way you need all of them. One would think by now that trying to guess what SDS will do is likely to be disappointed. Enjoying trying to sell all those when they free fall after they announce that.

Yeah i think that's base per person but i fully see the logic. I have hit on a bunch of investments and I am not a good player but i can do "OK" but i cant hit for a lick with many SS's in the game. but again luckily enough i got in really early and cheap. Ill lock him in but with my investments i am not locking in a bunch of my stubs. I am leaving some on the table for sure, but in the grand picture its not that much really if u think about it.

I dont think you will need all but i think a good portion you would need. But if you think about it; it would be a cheaper way to get Trout than buying some SS guys or any of the others.

I wish they'd stick to the formula we've had all year, a program we progress through doing moments and missions to earn it rather than buying it.

I assume there will be the option to earn the POTM. Buying the Topps cards will probably just be a shortcut.

I think it’s hilarious how this whole thing has started about collecting cards and what not. SDS has given no indication of how the August POTM program will actually work. You all could be completely wrong.

Since people seem to think not all the cards will be needed, what does everyone think the reward for all of them is going to be? It's a BiaH bundle for FotF, and HR derby cards.
I've said before that the reward they give for collecting all of them (other collections) is extremely weak for the amount of stubs that players lock them in for.
I'm guessing it's another BiaH bundle.

I don’t think so. We got half of them for free already. And maybe they give out a few more in the next conquest. But it’s going to be locked behind a collection, for sure. Just a matter of how easy they make it on us.

That would really suck. I have 21 and still have to do the Topps Now moments from last week to do so I should be okay. I honestly just enjoy grinding the missions.
