How do you get The Anomaly Bat Skin?

Movie just put out a video about it. I am wondering if anyone on these forums earned the anomaly bat skin and how they got it

My guess is that you can obtain the diamond items from the boss battle challenges.
I'm in my 2021 season and have beaten challenges until I started to try for the diamond ones. That's when the RNG magic kicks in and pop ups occur.
Another person once said that you get your archetype bat when your player hits 99 OVR, but I'm more confident that it's the challenges

I thought it was a 99 overall player at first I have since changed my mind, I honestly have no idea how you get them this year. Maybe as a reward when your player retires? I have no clue at this point.

You can use stubs to purchase it.

I’ve had a 99 anomaly player, won mvp and every other batting awards for a few years but no anomaly bay skin yet, so idk what to do

I believe it’s any random boss challenge and hopefully you get a diamond level piece of gear. Not sure if it only happens at certain times or not.

This was what it was. There was a post on Reddit of a guy getting it about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Random equipment award from a boss challenge in RTTS.

Yeah I’ve seen quite a few ppl in different years in their career that have randomly gotten it. Just have to get lucky lol
