Missing players in roster updates?

i have been waiting to start a franchise with the jays but after all the roster updates so far still no rafael dolis or shun yamaguchi, they have got into quite a few games. Is there a rights issue or something?

Pat Venditte is in the game, but he’s with the Marlins AAA team according to the latest roster update.

That's interesting. I looked at the team collection in DD, and didn't see him there. So maybe he was only added to franchise rosters?

I'm guessing he's a free agent in DD
