Confirming Level 85 Diamond

Currently sitting at Diamond 83 and working towards finishing up the AL today on my way to eventually getting Mantle.
Am I right in thinking that the Level 85 Diamond Choice pack gives me four 90+ live series players to choose from? There are currently 9 90+ LS players with only 4 selling below (well well below 100K). Statistically, I should be getting at least one of the gatekeepers, correct?

I did not have any 90+

No I believe that pack is 85+. Maybe only 85-89. Not until Prestige 45 I think it is you get the 90+. They are sellable but they will all be cheap by the time SDS switches them all out.
The diamond pack at 85 isnt sellable, but you can QS it.

Lol, it is insane how many LS diamonds they have made this year. Handing them out for any player that has a good couple weeks.
I guess looking back there are only like 4 or 5 more then by the end of last year. Just seems like more I guess. I bet different diamonds is way higher though.

Bellinger and Cole are at all time lows right now because they dropped below 90 and there's a pack sale. If the stubs are available after you reach D 85 I would buy one or both of them.

Bellinger and Cole are at all time lows right now because they dropped below 90 and there's a pack sale. If the stubs are available after you reach D 85 I would buy one or both of them.
Need Cole and Verlander to finish AL. Bellinger (Already pulled him 2x in the past 2 weeks) is a consolation prize just because he is the only 85-89 other than cole that goes for over 12K.

The pack at diamond 85 is 85-89 only and NOT sellable. If you already have bellinger and cole then Acuna is worth just as much for the exchange points

The diamond pack at 85 isnt sellable, but you can QS it.
Or if high enough you can use it for 1 exchange in TA.
Yes exchanges are less than 5k, but the time saved should be considered.I got Yelich before his downgrade and I used it for Lou Brock.

It’s because of the short season they have their hands tied and basically have to give upgrades left and right. Same with downgrades. Charlie Blackmon and Castellanos were diamonds for like 2 weeks then got bumped down again
which is stupid. If Trout has 1-2 bad weeks will they bump him down to a 90???? I mean Machado is having a good season but an 89??????? Really???? I expect 70-85% of all these new diamonds to be high golds next season. IMO diamonds should only be for elite player, SUPERSTARS like Trout, Betts, Tatis, Cole, Scherzer, Degrom etc etc. I mean Bauer, Lynn and other diamonds are great players but they are not STARS. Or if they want to give everyone a diamond make them diamonds but have another tier like black color diamonds and give those to 90+ overall players.

Until MLBTS 17, 80-89 were considered Gold. This created the illusion of higher value cards and was probably very good for pack sales. While the QS value may be 5K for all diamonds, mentally I still value 85-90 as high gold during the season whilst IE is active.

They would never let Trout drop that low. Baez isn’t playing like a diamond let alone to stay a diamond all season long. It’s only because he’s the cover boy they don’t want to downgrade him. Same issue with Harper last year being the cover boy. They didn’t want their cover man not being a diamond even tho he didn’t play like one.
