Team Collector Banner. How to get?

The Banner with all the teams in Trout 99. How do you get that? I have finished all the teams and received Mantle but dont have the banner.

Haha....i know it seems like a lot to take on. My plan is to do it by just doing the exhanges but it does seem like a lot of work. I wonder what the price difference is from simply buying them in the market as opposed to doing the exhanges. I suppose with the exhanges you would get xp and other rewards along the way, but man it seems like a lot of work.

It's not that awful.
Do the collections.
Do the team stat missions.
Do the Moments.
Play some.I got all 30 Stage 1 FotF for less than 83K.
