After hitting like garbage the last couple games, I’ve finally decided to give in and buy a monitor. Any in the $150-250 range you guys would recommend?

Thought about doing the same thing 3 weeks ago when the Ruth program came out. Switched my tv to game mode instead and my pci placement and hitting was almost instantly better. Would definitely recommend trying this first if your tv has that capability before buying a gaming monitor. It was a night/day difference and i get to play on a 55 inch screen.

I lovedplaying on my 65 inch TV, had it in game mode, and still sucked.
Bought a 27 inch curved Samsung monitor, it hasn't translated greatly in terms of batting average, but I put more balls in play and have had much better results when I exercise better discipline.
Very happy with my purchase and it was only about$160. Maybe I'll upgrade to a better one at some point.

I picked this up a few months back, no regrets. It's helped with timing quite a bit. It even has a built in speaker.

BenQ is a popular brand that a lot of people have recommended for price and performance, big thing is look for a fast response time (1ms - 5ms) you don’t need a 4K high res one because the ps4 does not support that quality of video

They have a real good BenQ for $119. 1ms response- 65-75 refresh rate. It's a killer deal if it sill exists.

It seems there is enough evidence to suggest that the PS5 will support 21:9 ratios so the best thing you can do is to get an Ultrawide monitor...34 inches is the most popular size out now. Since I got an ultrawide screen for my PC it makes playing anything in 16:9 seem so old fashion...like jumping from 4:3 to 16:9.
