It is confirmed that he is needed. Go to Collections, then Monthly, and you will see that all 30 are needed. Yes, prices will increase starting today.

I think only 30 will be needed. We still have at least 5 Topps now cards and 4-5 POTM cards yet to release. There are 27 available as of now
