Ok I am finally at Stage 2 for all the teams that I had left after getting the LOTF cards for Boston, Yankees, and the Braves. So 27 teams are still in Stage 2.

I could get all of them to 40pta by doing the exchanges 4x and get the last 10 by doing 2 of the 5pt Missions.

I figure it would take me about 12K (Inc the stubs I get back) per team. Thats about 327K.

I have 340K so it's enough; but am wondering if I should just buy $100 worth of stubs, since they're on sale, so I won't have to worry about anything dropping that I would want to buy.

Showdown isnt an option, even though it would be cheaper, as id have to do at least 2 runs per team. And thata only if I donr lose.

I don't have the time and patience to play 50 Showdowns.

    Thoughts?

Take that 340K. Invest/Flip/Whatever and double it.

While you're doing that, do the stat missions and Moment for each team.

    Then go exchange-crazy.

Well I do have about another 200K locked in some LS upgrade investments.

I was just thinking that if I was going to do exchanges; it would be wise to do them before Stage 4 drops and prices jump up.

So I just went hard on exchanges. I had 3 of the stage 2 players and everything else was below that. I started with about 450k and I have got all 30 teams to within 10 pts of 100% completion. I also have the last exchange around 40k/50 needed so I can do them when stage 4 drops for those ballin packs.

After doing all that I am sitting at 413k stubs.

Moral of this story is don't sleep on the rewards. Between the packs, stubs, possible exchanges for more stubs and xp you'll recoup a lot of what you spend.

I went all in on silvers, sold back my golds and diamonds as I went because you can buy more silvers than the exchange value those other cards give.

Don't forget to stretch your hands/thumbs cause you've got a lot of stick work ahead of you, but you've got this

You and me both, buddy. Leery of hoping for great pulls to offset the cost, but if Corey Seager goes diamond, I'll have so many stubs it won't matter.

I'm at 100% on all but like 7 of them.

I pulled a Trout out of a TA Pack so they're out there. I like ripping those TA packs when I have a whole bunch of them.

I was shooting for 78-79s and then using my random bronze commons to make up the last couple hundred pts. I don't have time to go any lower than that even though it would lower cost

I did the exchanges with 76-77 silvers and I’m pretty sure I came out ahead in the end stub wise or at the very least got 60 FOTF guys , and 30 futures stars locked in for free. I pulled Degrom ,Cole and Bellinger back before he dropped below 90 and sold those and as well as the lower tier diamonds. I exchanged free agents into the next rarity and used the junk cards out of the affinity packs and biah packs in affinity exchanges until I got every team to 89%. (When you get hit stage 3 50 ). Now I’m going to just play and keep the cards I get in packs until stage 4 comes out. Maybe I can hit the 250 innings a couple times with some teams before stage 4 comes out

There’s a lot of 83 golds you can get for around 1200 right now. You need four per exchange so 4800 or so. Also if you buy three and sell two your getting that third gold for free almost, that’s what I would do.
