Best BP arms..... GO!

Ignoring cost, Billy Wagner, followed closely by 97 Chapman
-
Britton, you don't see him as often like the others.
honestly, use your cap. If others can use theirs on offense why can't I bring mine out of the pen.

I spent alot of stubs on my bullpen, but it's been elite for me:
Fingers
Rodney
Sig Franco
Britton
Gagne
Sig Smoltz
Sig ChapmanAlot of people bash sig Franco, but ive had alot of success bringing him in either after someone who throws hard, or right before sig Chapman. Throws my opponents timing way off.

Rivera is effective if you mix the fastball/sinker with his cutter. People expect to see the cutter often. Just mix them up. Throw a few inside fastballs just on the black, go with offspeed low and away and come back with a cutter inside that breaks onto the black of the plate (on a righty of course) and most people will take thinking you are throwing a fastball/sinker in.
A lot of pitchers are good if used effectively and used with other relievers. As other said, speed difference. I've had success using a flameballer like Chapman and follow him up with a 77 O'Day.......trust me, you see some flailing! But do it for 1 or 2 batters only, to end the inning. (Can't wait for the gold flashback of O'Day).
Pitchers are like tools. Use the right one for th job with the other tools in your box!
