I don't like Bo at SS. I feel with Sheffield, you need a SS with more speed to make up with his limited range (to get to balls in the hole).
Rollins provides that and is an absolute menace at the plate.

Yeah Rollins is by far the best fielding SS in the game
    ..better than ozzie

I tried Rollins and hate that small strike zone! I wish I could like it because of that switch hitting ability and that defense. On the other hand...I love bo’s swing and don’t mix that closed stance. Always love Bichette cards...I think at this point I wait for Wagner but I can look into giving Rollins another shot

I love the small strike zone. Less area to cover so getting good PCI placement with anything in the zone is much, much easier. And we all know a fraction of an inch can make a huge difference when it comes to contact quality.

Problem for me with the small strike zone is laying off of the high pitches which is one of my string suits when it comes to normal strike zones. Idk where to put Bo if I use Rollins. Maybe move Sheffield to the bench I guess

    Whoa....Bench Sheff??
Bench Biggio before you bench Sheff. And Biggio gives you position flexibility off the bench.

I should have added Biggio is a machine. Lead off hitter and hits around 300 for me which is perfect for leading off. I think he has the 2nd or 3rd highest average for me and is great at 2nd base...Sheffield strikes out too much which would make him move to the bench first

My team is looking good for me right now. I just got to 300 stars without the voucher and now I’m wondering what improvements I should make for my team.

    C Posey
    1B The big hurt
    2B Biggio
    SS Bo
    3B Sheffield
    LF Ruth
    CF Mickey
    RF prestige Belli/Eric Davis

    Bench:
Davis/prestige Belli (depends on lefty or righty pitching)
    96 Yordan
    94 Murphy
    Prestige Didi
    Sandberg

    Starting pitching
    Prestige Orel
    Sale
    Seaver
    Paxton
    Kluber

    Relief:
    John Franco
    97 Chapman
    Gagne 98
    Rollie
    Prestige mo
    Romo 92
    Hoffman

Crazy to see that I have spent only $40 on this game and have this squad! I’m only diamond level 25 as well lol. Btw with my stubs I could also buy back topps now cards. I have 10k but I’ve invested in 20 Kenley Jansens

First thing is trout is the easiest upgrade available to your team depending where your at with the collection. I would also move biggio to catcher, posey doesn’t seem to produce at the level his stats show, unless you are mashing with him. I would look at putting Jackie at 2b, he may be the most underrated card in the game. I’m hitting over .400 with him with 10 bombs in just over 100 abs, the vast majority of those abs have been on HOF. I would add another lefty to your pen, Franco is good to bring in after a flamethrower but only having 1 lockdown type lefty in Chapman can be tough, especially if you face a heavy left handed lineup. My advice is add Wagner to your pen (not the million stub one unless you have those stubs to burn) the tops now Tyler Alexander is sneaky good, I like him more than Franco, plus out of the stretch he’s nasty.

If you're not attached to Posey, replace him. There are multiple better catchers out there now - Posada, Wieters, even Panda.

I wouldn’t buy one of those, I’d move Biggio to Cather and bo to 2nd to try Rollins. Posada doesn’t have good defense, Wieters has a tiny pci against righties, and panda has bad fielding as well

Should i consider this a flex?

Not a flex, more like paralysis by analysis. There are sooooo many great cards that you begin to doubt your choices.
Even more if one player has a bad game or two, the knee j-e-r-k reaction is to bench them.

I can agree. I've put in a lot of hours due to my job and having surgery on my knee. I've accumulated a lot of stubs and a pretty much every card I could want. (can't justify Josh Donaldson, but I'm really trying hard).

It gets to a point where you have more toys but it doesn't make you're squad any better.

Too righty heavy for my taste. I would platoon Babe/Frank at 1st and get some left handed bats in your OF. I would put Walker in LF and Harper in RF.

Larry Walker to RF, both Davis and Bellinger suffer from low vision at higher difficulties. Rob Dibble, Billy Wagner/Jake Mcgee into the pen for Franco and Romo, Biggio to C, posey to bench to PH v LHP and HRD Cano at 2B, unless this really is a flex, in which case Alomar at 2B because 💪🏻

Yeah, on HOF I don’t like them but vision doesn’t matter this year. I want 99 Wagner of course but he isn’t worth that much lol

A bunch of the righties hit better against righties so idk about that. Walker would be good but Harper is a no. I’ll look into it!

If you don’t like them on HOF, despite the fact that they have decent contact and power, maybe plate vision has more of an effect than you assume this year. While the PCI may look a nice size, the lower vision stat could be impacting your swing and miss rate even without the visual cue of a smaller PCI.

Edit: FTR, I can’t hit with Belli (.208) or Davis (.182) either.

Crazy to see that I have spent only $40 on this game and have this squad! I’m only diamond level 25 as well lol. Btw with my stubs I could also buy back topps now cards. I have 10k but I’ve invested in 20 Kenley Jansens

Too righty heavy for my taste. I would platoon Babe/Frank at 1st and get some left handed bats in your OF. I would put Walker in LF and Harper in RF.

A bunch of the righties hit better against righties so idk about that. Walker would be good but Harper is a no. I’ll look into it!

Only Bo hits RHP better. And even so, you’re going to have more production against LHP with him.

Go through your platoon splits. Anyone hitting under .300 with a decent sample size should not be playing vs. that handedness.
