Well the other one is Wagner so these are going to be two very expensive cards.

Prepared to spend a million stubs!!
My Man... Never hesitant to break the stub bank or open up the wallet! My respects to you good Sir.
Cheers bro!! Not the wallet, but this will definitely break the stub bank. Haha
Haven’t found a 2nd baseman I like all year, and he was my favorite card last year.
The team is pretty set besides pitching.
Time to splurge.

Zooming in on the latest clue the Indians player has blonde hair. Lindor has a gold glove and would fit the bill and hair.

Ha!! Would save me a lot of stubs if true
-
It does appear to be Lindor more than Alomar. New Nike jersey and what appears to be blonde hair.
Would make it a lock for me picking up Wags
-
I’ve got 3M stubs to burn. Give it to me

While I agree that the blonde hair and Jersey says Lindor, the Wrist band and Glove say Alomar. Lindor doesn’t wear a wrist band or have a glove that looks like that.
Edit: Also the schedule says gold glove legend. Its Alomar -
The blonde hair threw me off. I'm back on the Alomar train. Glove matches a quick Google search

I’m willing to spend around 750K for this card
-
I'm sad and happy about this
I'm sad that Robbie will not get a high overall Jays card this year (they could always add a 92-95 AS or PS card but unlikely)
I'm happy because I used Robbie all last year so I'm ok finding someone else to man 2B to mix things up.
-
This alomar card isn’t great, I prefer didi, the stubs live to see another day

Same here man. I was ready to begrudgingly pay, but I dont think he's 700k stubs better than another option.

SS is a more important position and Rollins is better stat wise and is 80k, I love alomar a card last year but this one looks like a noodle bat. Under 80 power threshold is tough this year, especially for 500+ k
-
Alomar doesn't meet the 80 power threshold, so he's now officially worth 30K instead of 1M.
-
So I need a switch hitting second basemen with above 90 fielding and reaction. Who's out there?

80 power threshold doesn’t mean jack with a swing like Alomar IMO. No he won’t be worth the price tag but the 80 power threshold is a completely made up thing in my eyes

Not to me. I know they didn't make any guarantees about power numbers, but in my opinion and experience, the difference between 77 power and 80 power is like silver fielding and gold fielding; the difference isn't groundbreaking, but it's noticable.
I'll use Ben Zobrist as an example. Dude absolutely mashes, while a card like Jackie Robinson or J-Roll is a deep flyout machine.

Even if it was a thing, it stopped being a thing a week into the game. A player can be good without hitting home runs. Anyway.
