In all of the times I’ve been offered a friendly while winning, I think I only lost once and that was back in 17.

And the rest is history lol...My opponent was kicking my [censored] 7-2. Middle of the 7th I requested a friendly, He chose to turn it down like a fool. That started the friendly quit glitch...I then starting hitting everything and scored 6 runs and walked off with the win in the bottom of the 9th. Anyone that doesn’t think the friendly quit glitch is real is missing out. Until SDS fixes it, ALWAYS offer it folks.
    ...
    I'm confused,

You were losing 7-2, requested a friendly quit, he said no?

He believes that by having a Friendly Quit rejected, the RNG mojo will swing back in your favor, resulting in a comeback.

Yes, Instead of letting the timer run out he just flat out rejected it. Thus starting the friendly quit glitch.

But why would his opponent accept a friendly quit up 7-2? Friendly quits don't count any stats.

Would you rather take a loss or the game not count?

Take a loss. I wouldn’t play a game for 40 minutes for it not to count

I am with you there. Why would you want to play and have nothing count. I have read where some guys want to FQ when game gets into extras. That is even worse. I wanna play till it ends, win or lose. Especially if using players that need online stats accumulated.

So if say you were at 700 and took a loss and dropped to 665, You would then have to play & win another game just to get back to where you were. To each his own but that sounds like alot of unnecessary work to me.

Talk about what the kids call "cheesing". Sounds like there is some manipulation going on. The RNG nonsense is just that.

The is no friendly quit glitch just a lame excuse to talk about a comeback you made. I’ve lost 2 requests all year that I can remember.

But trust me when I say this... Now that this thread was made, some people on here will make it "a thing"

The only thing that changes is your perception. You focus more on losses when you decline a friendly quit. Nothing else.

    That's hilarious.

All that happened was you got lucky and came back late in the game that you were suppose to lose.

Whenever I'm winning, and I get sent a friendly quit request, I always think to myself, "god, are people really that dumb?" I've literally lost maybe one game in the past 100 friendly quit requests I received that I was ahead in....that doesn't sound like a glitch to me.

It’s definitely a mental thing like oh [censored] I better not lose now that I denied this, I had a guy offer me a friendly last game, I denied as I wanted to play and he wasn’t a scrub, good team solid record....... first inning he scored 3, very good player. I batted back and tied 4-4 by the 4th. Offer a FQ back, he denied. I then went on to absolutely obliterate him and induce a rage quit 3 innings later. There is something to it but it’s 100% mental

My team is too stacked no one ever wants to play me so I am in the habit of being set to deny in a split second, when they pause I know it’s coming and my finger is already on circle lol

This happen to me today. Dude offers me a friendly and I decline it. I score two first inning, he proceeds to tie it up, I score more, he ties it up (all on weak hits, no crack of the bats, all dots or outside the zone pitches, I think I left one cutter down the middle). I go up by 3 I believe entering the 7th. He proceeds to score 1 in each of the 7,8,9 to force extras then proceeds to score 3 in the 10th to win 10-7. Not a shot at my opponent but if you strike out 15 times in a game on HOF, and somehow win...there’s a problem. I was flabbergasted that I think I need a break from this game lol.

I truly believe the friendly quit glitch is real.

Also the other day my friend decided to play someone. He tried to offer a friendly in first. My friend declined. He scores 2 first inning so my friend said well let me offer a friendly so it can reset the karma. He did, and was declined, and proceeded to win. Lol

I generally tend to perceive people who offer friendly quits while being down a ton as clowns. That's just me though.
