anyone else giving up on headliner packs?

i swear i havent pulled feature (current headliner or a revisited pack from programs or conquests) since Miguel Cabrera. I feel like if its someone i really want i may as well spend the stubs on them after a few days instead of dropping 38k and then having to buy the player anyway. just a little rant.. sorry. I hope you all have better luck than I do.

i usually can get diamonds out of show packs it seems, rarely high diamond, but something. i get silver's with occasional golds on headliners

they seem to be the best value but i havent bought any. I just started so dont really have stubs to waste. But if the pack odds are anything like madden just buy the card you want after a cpl days man. Always seems to be the best bet. Im not one to really complete these absurd collections so once i reach an amount for a player i want i just spend all my coins then build it back for the next guy i want and so on

Yeah it is BS... have bought and gone probably 0/25 in headliners.. That's a lot of stubs.... 0/5 on story and now Noah have been rough on the soul... Some of the others I have tried for were more just for the hope of pulling then selling for profit.. but really wanted these last two..

i get lucky with 5-7k diamonds on show packs so alot of times i just save those up and sell them eventually when i want to get someone i want or when headliners come out... i think im done using them on headliners though.

I haven’t pulled anything of note from headliner packs. All the HRD DOTP Beachball Prospect I’ve only ever pulled base level. My last 200 show packs 10 golds 1 diamond and it was Bieber.

I haven’t pulled anything of note from headliner packs. All the HRD DOTP Beachball Prospect I’ve only ever pulled base level. My last 200 show packs 10 golds 1 diamond and it was Bieber.
In the same boat... was very annoyed just now on the headliners going 0/5 but to be expected almost... what really annoyed me though was getting to 100 wins in event for McCutchen... Reallllyyyy could've used Chapman for that grind

yea i was heartbroken on kris bryant. i had said all year up til his card that i cant wait for a diamond bryant. i dropped the stubs on the headliners and then had to drop another 85k eventually to get him

Yeah that is a solid card too.. Idk why we think we are going to get the headliner we want lol probably much smarter to just buy from the market, but it is too tempting each time a headliner comes out you want not to just buy the packs hoping for it... I obviously buy one pack at a time.. starts to get pretty depressing after pack 3-4 not having anything to show for it lol

I don't buy any packs. I have not got anything better than a Silver in all the free Headliner Packs I have earned through playing. I earned a 20 pack last night from the Ruth Program and got one Gold plus the Gold that comes with a 20 pack and a few silvers. A 20 pack costs $30K otherwise so had I bought it, it would have been a big loss. I have oulled quite a few diamonds from the TA packs this year and that's what helped me finish the Mantle collection.

I've pulled two headliners all year. I buy them from time to time if the card interests me in any measurable way, but I don't go in expecting to actually pull the headliner.

yea my 20 pack out of the ruth program was disappointing as well. i actually hit diamond on the one that was 2 packs. it was Lindor, but it was something.

Regular show packs are absolutely atrocious. Headliner packs are even worse. They should be called guaranteed silver pack. Why anyone buys these is beyond me.

Ballin is a Gold and Ballin is a Silver Headliner pretty much tells it all.
