So what’s the deal

Is everyone just amazing at hitting now or is pitching just the worst it has ever been in the history of The Show? This is the most frustrating online experience I have ever had with this game in the 7 years I’ve been playing it.

Pitching sucks.

A combination of both. They dumbed down hitting over the years to an extent where most casual players can be successful. And they butchered pitching causing you to leave a lot of pitches over the middle of the plate, making it that much easier to hit.

Yeah it’s just awful. I miss that feeling of control in an online game. When you could trust that the outputs would correspond with your inputs. But that seems to have gone by the wayside. It’s just a randomfest now. I guess that’s how you keep the casuals spending that money. BUSINESS BABY!!!

I'd rather put up with big skill gaps. But that is not how sports gaming works.
