What are schools in your area doing?

Ours are having a meeting as we speak. We were going to go, with the choice of staying home, but they are reconsidering after 9 new cases in our county today. (Not much, but more than normal)

We got classes today but probably won't start in person for a few months

My daughter is going remotely starting next week, but many schools have pushed back start date til next month.

I was only expecting our school to be in person for MAYBE a few weeks, then shut down. Lol

Yeah, i am hearing that is happening a lot, thats why most of my schools in the area didnt want to try and go back to in person classes right away.

I’m curious where you live. I hadn’t heard this. You don’t have to share if you don’t want, but it peeked my curiosity. In southern California we are all remote all the time. Most district plan on looking it again in 4-10 weeks.

Our school is going to start the 24th, and reassess on September 18th

In NJ, our first day of class will be September 14th. Remote vs in person is still TBD. It's a private Catholic school, so we have a lot of control about how we handle things.
I'm setting up the classrooms next week.
