THE most overpriced and overrated card on the market.
Incorrect, Gagne is elite tier for relievers
LOL
I said he was overpriced and overrated. Never said he wasn't part of elite tier, and to your point, 99 Jansen is also part of elite tier but another example of an overrated card.
Cards like 95 Gossage, 94 Sutter, 93 Romo, are just as good, if not better, especially from an economical standpoint.
You strike me as a guy who keeps a spot in his pen reserved at all times for Ryan Feierabend.
Don't own R. Feierabend, I never would. Shows how bad your intuition is.
how are you even remotely arguing with RAES here? the dude did a nice deed for OP and simply sold his card to another guy who wanted it
jesus h mary joseph where are the three wisemen you need some of the mary jane in your life dude
You're right. I apologize.
takes a man to be humble right on dude - have a nice evening over there

My favorite Bull pen cards, 95 Gossage, 91 Lugo and SS Fingers
-
Have to say Gagne is definitely worth the Stubs. Best reliever in my pen, better than all the 99's..

I see Felipe Vasquez in his history, which still checks out.
Not sure what your point is.
But I like having 3 left handed relievers in my bullpen; aside from 89 Britton and 99 Wagner, I feel the quality left handed relievers is scarce, so I'll toggle my 3rd spot between 99 Hader, 81 Venters and 85 Vazquez.
85 Vazquez for me has pitched in 135 G, 109.0 IP, 123 K's, with ERA 1.82. So what was your point again?
My point was that you use someone who has [censored] with children, so the morality of using Feierabend (proposed by someone else) has sort of been de facto answered.
Plot twist: you draw the morality line at Knuckleballer, not pedophile.
Plot twist?: OK.
I used Vazquez because how effective he was for me as a lefty coming out the bullpen as you can see by his numbers.
Just curious, from your point of view of how you feel about me using Vazquez based on morality, would feel the same way about people using Altuve and Bregman who happen to be the #1 and #2 top live players for their respective positions in MLB20?

No, there are levels of morality, or should I apply the same type of judgment to a player I find out is a litterbug to what Vazquez did? Morality isn't one all-encompassing thing, there are levels.
I can give the litterbug another chance because it's not that big a deal, the same can't be said for Vazquez. That doesn't mean I'm contradicting my morality. Your comparison is silly.

I dunno, man. That's sort of grasping at straws if you ask me. A closer comparison would be Aroldis Chapman or any of the other piles of human trash suspended for domestic abuse that are in the game.
Even still, molesting children is nearly universally viewed as far worse. I don't think cheating at a game is in the same ballpark as pedophilia. You're kind of making yourself look bad by trying to portray them as comparable on any level.

First of all, I wasn't even aware of Vazquez having anything to do with pedophile until it was posted in this forum, yes I was out of the loop. Since then, I've replaced him with Chapman.
But, you're the stupid one, because he used the word morality, so its strictly based on that. Definition of morality: principles concerning the distinction between right and wrong or good and bad behavior.....so yeah, they do compare dummy.

Is that really a good comparison? The level of ickyness (I know, real technical scale there lol) is not even close.
Comparison is good because it's based on morality, period.
Your comparison to a litterbug is the only thing silly.
You allowing and letting it slide that cheaters who got caught on an unprecedented level in MLB history just means you're a hypocrite. Besides, the initial question wasn't even for you.
Because what the Astros did is nowhere close to what Vazquez did, which is why I chose the absurd litterbug example.
Admit it, your just trying to justify your use by going "but but but what about X, I mean they did some stuff..... so IM FINE!"
Nothing any Astro did comes close to what Vazquez did period.
Or do you think otherwise? Because if you do, please tell us so we know what kind of person you are.
It's either they don't compare, and your comparison is stupid, or you think they do compare.
But there are levels of morality as I have proven. There are distinctions and levels of bad behavior. That is why all crimes are punished differently in court, ignoring that fact doesn't change it. Morality isn't some all encompassing thing
Plus, using your definition as you put it, my dumb litterbug example applies by your standard.

OK, great, so now I have to replace Chapman too which I wasn't aware of.
If I'm being 100% honest with you, the only two cards in the game I would never use are the Knuckleballer and the pedophile. And I think this sentiment is shared by a majority of the community.

Yeah I never said that. Like has been said multiple times, there are levels to this. And flat out, nothing is on the same level as being a pedophile. Domestic violence is up there. Like I said, you're making yourself look bad by trying to rationalize it. Are you honestly unsure of what the difference is between someone who cheats at a game and someone who touches children? This conversation is apparently pointless.

No, I fully understand the difference between cheating and a pedophile. They're both wrong, even as a pedophile being more on the extreme level. You're saying the same thing, except that you'll sweep cheating under the rug.
